Registration, fees and regulations

UD2012 is open for everyone to participate. Please note that the online registration closes 31 May 2012.

Conference fee

Until 31 May 2012: NOK 5500
Onsite registration: NOK 7000

The fee includes:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Field trips
  • Lunch, 3 days
  • Coffee, tea and refreshments during breaks
  • Attendance at the welcome reception in Oslo City Hall with the Mayor of Oslo and finger food buffet
  • Transport between venue and Oslo City Hall Monday evening
  • Conference bag with programme

Participants paying by credit card, use a secure credit card payment system. Please beware that all prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK).

Personal requirements

If you are accompanied by a personal assistant (PA) or a sign language interpreter (SLI), you need to pay for their attendance in your registration form and then make a separate registration for the SLI or PA.

Cancellations and Refund policy for Registration

Written notification of cancellation and refund must be received Participants Service Office before 1 April 2012. The cancellation charge is NOK 500. No refunds will be given after 1 May 2012. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
